When will the project be completed?
We aim to complete the project within 4 years / 48 months in time.
Will there be foundation testing due to proximity to the river?
Deep foundation testing will be conducted during the piling stage. Updates will be announced progressively by the development team.
What type of foundation and pilling will be used?
The foundation design is handled by Architect 54 & Associates. Detailed technical information will be released in accordance with construction progress.
Will there be riverbank retaining or reinforcement works?
At present, no special retainer has been requested by the relevant authorities. Further assessment may be conducted if required.
